The Website exists solely to provide marketing information about the Simplify mobile application (“App”) and to redirect Users to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for downloads.
2. User Submissions
Users may submit bug reports or support requests via the Website contact form. Submitted information must be accurate and lawful. Abusive or irrelevant submissions may be disregarded.
3. Intellectual Property

App Terms of Service
These App Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between Connective Cortex Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) and users (“Users”) of the Simplify mobile application (“App”). By creating an account, downloading, or using the App, Users acknowledge acceptance of these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, Users represent and warrant compliance with this requirement.
2. Account Registration
Accounts may be created manually (email and password) or via Google/Apple login. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
  1. 3.1 Subscriptions: Premium features require a subscription following the trial period.
  2. 3.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed exclusively via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  3. 3.3 Cancellations: Users may cancel via app store settings; access continues until the billing cycle ends.
  4. 3.4 Refunds: Purchases are final. In exceptional disruptions, Users may request an extension via support.
  5. 3.5 No Pausing: Subscriptions cannot be paused.
4. Acceptable Use
Users shall not use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer the App, misrepresent information, or disrupt functionality.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including workouts, recipes, branding, and software, are owned by the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
6. Content Basis & References
The App’s fitness and nutrition guidance is AI-assisted and curated in accordance with USDA dietary standards and recognized exercise science organizations, including ACSM, NSCA, and NASM, as well as peer-reviewed research. Content is provided for general wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
7. Medical Disclaimer
The App is not a medical device or service. It does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Users must consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of the App is at the User’s sole risk.
9. Indemnification
Users shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, or regulatory actions.
11. Severability
