App Privacy Policy

This App Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Connective
Cortex Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) collects, processes, and
safeguards personal data of users (“Users”) of the Simplify
mobile application (“App”).
1. Data Collected
We collect login credentials (Google/Apple login data or
email and password), profile information (name, gender, DOB,
manual location, height, weight, goals, dietary preferences,
hydration goals, menstrual cycle data), and User-provided
fitness, nutrition, and hydration logs. Interaction data may
also be collected for service improvement. Sensitive
health-related data is processed strictly for providing App
functionality.
2. Data Not Collected
We do not collect GPS data, IP addresses, or device
identifiers. No advertising or analytics SDKs are used.
3. Data Storage and Security
All User data is stored securely on AWS (Asia Pacific –
Mumbai, India), with encryption at rest and in transit.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or trade User data. Data may be disclosed
only to comply with legal obligations.
5. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or export of
their data, and may withdraw consent. Opt-out from
notifications and promotional emails is available.
6. Data Retention
Data is retained no longer than one year after subscription
cancellation, unless deletion is requested earlier.
7. Children
The App is not for individuals under 18. Data from minors
will be deleted upon discovery.
8. Payments
All payments are processed by Google Play Store or Apple App
Store. The App does not store payment data.
9. Health-Related Data
We process health-related data only for providing App
functionality. We comply with GDPR standards for EU users
but are not a HIPAA-covered entity.
10. Medical Disclaimer
The App provides general wellness guidance only. It does not
provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
11. Third-Party Services
The App integrates only Google/Apple login services and
Noemailer for communications. No advertising, analytics, or
third-party sharing occurs.
12. App Store Compliance
The App complies with Google Play and Apple App Store
requirements. Subscriptions, payments, and cancellations are
managed solely via app store systems.
13. User Consent
By using the App, Users consent to data collection and
processing as described herein. Consent may be withdrawn at
any time, though functionality may be limited.

The Company reserves the right to update medical or
health-related disclaimers to reflect current knowledge or
regulations.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted App operation
or specific wellness outcomes.

for seeking medical advice where appropriate.
17. Data Processing and International Transfers
User data may be transferred outside India as part of AWS
operations. Safeguards, including Standard Contractual
Clauses approved by the European Commission, are applied to
ensure adequate protection. GDPR rights (access, correction,
erasure, portability, objection) are upheld for EU/EEA
Users.
18. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA,
including access, correction, deletion, and opting out of
data sale (not applicable as we do not sell data). Requests
may be submitted via support or email.
19. Changes
We may update this Policy. Significant changes will be
communicated via in-app notification or email.
20. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall
under the courts of Udupi, Karnataka, India.
